      Oil Tank

Under the standard form of contract used by most people and Realtors in Ontario, there is a requirement for the buyer to pay the seller for the oil in the tank. If you wish to obtain payment for the oil in the tank, your lawyer will require a slip from the oil company indicating that the oil tank has been filled.
