Helping you find the right house is my commitment to you. Buying a property is a very important and personal decision. I am ready, willing and able to assist you in this process.  I will maintain your confidentiality and represent your best interests throughout the buying process. I like to call it an adventure because by the time we have completed the buying process, we often have a few stories we can recall about our journey together.


Step 1        Starting with an exchange of information
Ø You provide me with your needs, wants and desires.
Ø I provide you with my knowledge, experience and advice.


Step 2        Buyer Consultation
Ø Explain to you the entire Buying Process which includes providing you with information as to the advantages and disadvantages of the buying choices available to you in order to help you make informed decisions resulting in the right purchase, best suited to you and your family needs.
Ø Help you define your financial ability to purchase, explain alternative methods of purchasing and financing, and assist in arranging mortgage financing (if required).


Step 3        Viewing Properties
Ø Provide you with a thorough home search process in the neighbourhoods and price range which best suits.
Ø Find the right property, and provide you with pricing research.


Step 4        The Purchase
Ø Create an Agreement of Purchase and Sale to protect your interest and best suit your needs, and present your offer in a light most favourable to the seller and or his agent.
Ø Consult with you on the terms of all offers.
Ø Suggest negotiating strategies to help you obtain the most advantageous price and terms.
Ø Negotiate the final agreement, and consistently protect your interests.
Ø Assist with the closing process as needed.
Ø On closing, upon request, be available to help (picking up keys, etc.).


Step 5        Your New Home
Ø Provide post-closing information, consulting and services.
Ø Be available to assist you with any future real estate needs.
